Henry Tokomaru This big house in a little Horowhenua town was a Registered Master Builders House of the Year Bronze award winner 2019 for Wayne Adam Builders.

Donaldson Riversdale This bach in Riversdale was designed to cater for many years of large family gatherings and enjoyment. UBT Palmerston North DAWICK Foxton Beach The classic lean-to Kiwi Bach inspired this modern beach town house with its soft ocean colours and a batten exterior that mimics beach firewood. Lange Raumati Beach A large lavish Kapiti Coast beach home with pool and deck, all with an outlook to Kapiti Island. Woolshed Pohangina Valley A rejuvenation of an old Woolshed, to a contemporary bright Studio Unit, in a lifestyle setting.
